Essential oils can be helpful for so many things.  And, there are so many different oils that can be used for a specific purpose such as calming your mind or uplifting your mood.  It can be difficult for new oil users to know what to try first or how to start.  I pride myself on trying to discover each of my customers individual needs, likes and dislikes and creating a custom protocol to fit those needs.

Take My Natural Health Survey

I created a survey that people can take, and that is helpful when I am creating a protocol.  I have a general needs survey  that goes through the basics of discovering your health goals and conditions, and your previous oil experience.  This is a great place to start if you want to improve your health and wellness, or tackle everyday issues like getting restful sleep, or getting rid of toxins in your home.  And, I always think sleep is a great place to start if you aren’t sleeping well.  Getting a good night’s sleep is SO important for overall health and also for your mood!

Customized Recommendations

After taking the survey, I will email you my recommendations and include why I feel they will benefit you. I also offer a few alternative suggestions, because we are all biochemically different.  For example, there are many different oils that can help you relax and feel calm or unwind for restful sleep.

It can be helpful to know if you are going through a challenging time, going through menopause, or have an unusually large to-do list for me to select which oils I think would be best to try first.  I typically recommend the most common and least expensive remedy(s) first.  For example, I often recommend Serenity, doTERRA’s restful blend as a first place to start for supporting sleep.

I love to help people get the natural health results they want for themselves and their families.  If you are looking for an oil coach, I would LOVE to be your guide!  If you already work with a wellness advocate with doTERRA, I’m sure they would love to do the same for you!
