doTERRA New Products 2023

doTERRA’s 2023 “Becoming” convention did not disappoint, and I’m excited to share the new products with you.  Start thinking of better sleep and healthy digestion, and you will be excited, too!  If you attended convention in-person or online, you were already able to get your hands on these goodies.  You can purchase the convention kit if you didn’t attend beginning October 1, 2023!

Healthy Digestion

PB Assist Probiotic Sachets:  doTERRA reformulated their PB Assist Probiotic Sachets.  Your body will be able to absorb and use the live cultures in this probiotic stick, because the active ingredients are encapsulated, so they aren’t broken down by your stomach acid and reach your lower GI tract for optimal use in the body. The prebiotic fructooligosaccharides (FOS) and bacteriophages help achieve and maintain microbial balance by encouraging the growth of good bacteria and selectively attacking the bad. The postbiotic—made up of bioactive compounds produced from healthy bacteria—provides additional health benefits.  They are housed in a dual-chamber, timed-released capsule for maximum absorption.  The new postbiotic in doTERRA PB Restor may also help with brain, cardiovascular, urological, and metabolite function, as well as a healthy DNA response to oxidative stress.  Your stomah, metabolism and entire body will thank you!

A good night’s sleep helps us look and feel our best.  Our body’s heal themselves while we sleep, so a good night’s sleep is associated with lowering your risk of health problems (like heart disease or diabetes), and with improving mood, reducing stress and creating a healthy metabolism.  doTERRA has 3 new/reformulated products to help you get a GREAT night’s sleep!  Yes, please!

Serenity Stick + Valerian:  This easy to apply stick contains the Serenity Resful Blend oil plus Valerian Essential Oil that you can apply topically to achieve a GREAT night’s sleep.  The doTERRA Serenity Stick + Valerian is free of parabens, phthalates, and synthetic fragrances, and offers the added benefit of soothing the skin.

Serenity Restful Blend Essential Oil:  This oil isn’t new, but it’s an important part of getting quality sleep.  Diffuse this restful blend next to your bed (I keep on my night stand).  I prefer an intermittent diffuser that will run 5 minutes on and 5 minutes off, so will scent the air all night long. This blend was specially formulated to promote a relaxing atmosphere for mind, body and spirit for a sound night’s sleep.

Serenity Resfful Complex:  This reformulated softgel is well-researched to provide proven ingredients to deliver a peaceful, restful night’s sleep.  From doTERRA’s website, ” The hero ingredients of the softgels are CPTG Certified Pure Tested Grade Lavender essential oil, L-Theanine, and tart cherry. These main components—along with lemon balm, passionflower, and chamomile—promote relaxation and restful sleep.  Clinical and experimental research indicate ingesting Lavender essential oil calms the nervous system and encourages healthy relaxation and sleep. Scientific data suggests L-Theanine may lower stress by increasing the concentration of GABA in the brain, supporting relaxation, and making it easier to fall asleep faster and sleep better. Blue Lotus Touch Roller:  This delightful blend is perfectly diluted for use topically and makes a GREAT perfume — much healthier than the commercial perfumes on the market, and smells better, too.  This oil is great as a moisturizer for your skin, and also helps provide a relaxing, calming aroma.  It’s also a skin beautifier, so great to add to your facial routine to promote young, healthy looking skin.  It’s also great to use in a massage or for deeper meditation or yoga.

Birch Essential Oil:  I was lucky enough to get some Birch Oil at convention about 6 years ago; however, since then doTERRA has had trouble finding a sustainable source, until now!  You will LOVE the scent of this oil and the health benefits! You can diffuse this oil to uplift your mood and help you feel energized.  It’s great for clear, healthy skin and to use in a massage.  I love to apply this topically to my hands, and then cup and inhale.  It helps me feel awake, energized and ready to start my day!

Shinrin-Yoku Essential Oil & Touch Roller:  The name of this oil literally means “forest bathing”, which is trendy for health right now.  Forest bathing means to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the forest helping you feel grounded, relaxed and one with nature.  You can apply this topically for a massage or to relieve any tension and help you feel relaxed.  When you diffuse this oil, it helps you connect with nature and feel the essence of the forest.  It’s also great to diffuse during meditation, Bible study, journaling or writing gratitudes or affirmations.

Supermint Whitening Toothpaste:  Last but not least, you will love this minty, fresh, whitening toothpaste!  While I love the OnGuard Toothpaste from doTERRA, sometimes I want a minty toothpaste.  Brushing twice a day with doTERRA SuperMint Toothpaste, along with practicing good dental care, can help reduce cavities and plaque formation.
