2020 certainly has been an unexpected and difficult year for me, my family and many of my friends. Despite this, I feel hopeful for the future and grateful for my many blessings. I try to count my blessings EVERY day, and it is more of a focus over Thanksgiving and the holiday season.

Holiday Blessings
My gratitude list:
- My health.
- My husband Matt who is SO kind and an excellent father, husband and provider.
- My son, Jacob who is smart, funny, interesting– us all recently getting a “do-over”.
- My son, Danny who is such a special, kind and unique young man.
- My Eau Claire Besties.
- My mom, and her living close to my family in Hudson.
- My sister, who is my lifelong best friend.
- The blown-glass ball that makes me remember my dad.
- The guitar-guy bottle opener that reminds me of my grandpa.
- The many beautiful memories of fun with my cousins, grandparents, aunts and uncles at my grandparent’s home in Rice Lake.
- My local friends “The Goat Gang”.
- Having Sherry as a work-out buddy for the past 10 years.
- The 30-day Sobriety Solution book and it many life lessons.
- ALWAYS having enough….
- doTERRA as my business and loving what I do.
- My doTERRA teammates and customers — many who have become GREAT friends!
- My book club.
- Ivy and having had Cleo as a first dog.
- My beautiful home — I especially love our yard and my garden.
- Our trip to Germany.
- Our 25th Anniversary trip to Ireland.
- Caron Chiropractic and that my husband LOVES his job and helping people.
- School for Danny (and praying for a return to in-person school).
- Having Danny’s case-worker and main teacher (she is truly amazing).
- Our Cohen syndrome family (and finally getting Danny’s diagnosis at age 11).
- Rhinestone Raiders – the awesome volunteers, coaches and fans.
Family Swimming With Dolphins
- Personal care workers who are also great friends for Danny.
- Holidays — especially Christmas
- Danny’s sight remaining stable at his last several checkups.
- Essential oils and how much they have benefited Danny.
- My faith and the promise of everlasting life — I look forward to meeting God and also being reunited with family members and friends I have lost.
- Family vacation and memories (swimming with dolphins, manatees, Hawaii, cruising, etc.)
I feel like I could go on and on counting my blessings. I am always amazed at how many things I am thankful for after I get started thinking and praying about my blessings. Thinking about my gratitudes always puts me in a good mood, and makes me feel special and loved. My wish for you this Thanksgiving and holiday season is that you are healthy and able to enjoy a special time with your immediate family.
